All Aboard Washington's Luis Moscoso, who was named to the Legislature's Statewide Transportation Needs Assessment Advisory Panel in June, will participate in the panel's initial meeting tomorrow, Wednesday, August 19, at at 1:00 PM. The purpose of the study is to conduct a comprehensive assessment of statewide transportation needs and priorities across all levels of government and all modes, and identify existing and potential transportation funding mechanisms to address those needs and priorities.
